How you can protect yourself
Know what a scam looks like
You're the first line of defense against fraud. Here's what to watch for.
Phishing emails
Messages pretending to be from EverNorth asking you to “verify” your account or payment details via a link. We'll never send you a link that asks for your password.
Fake claim callers
EverNorth never contacts you by phone about a claim — all updates come by email or WhatsApp. Treat any phone call claiming to be from EverNorth with suspicion.
Too-good-to-be-true quotes
Unsolicited “special discount” offers from unfamiliar senders claiming to be EverNorth partners. Our quotes only ever come from your own quote request.
Requests for payment info by email
We will never ask you to send full card numbers or banking passwords over email. Payment details are only ever entered on our secure payment pages.
If something feels off: if you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from EverNorth, don't click any links — forward it to us using the contact options below and we'll investigate.
What we collect
What information we collect
Three sources, each with a clear purpose. Nothing collected that we don't need to quote, cover or serve you.
Information you give us
Your name, contact details, date of birth, address, and details about what you're insuring — vehicle, property, business or trip — when you request a quote, bind a policy or file a claim.
Information collected automatically
Device type, browser, and general usage data when you use our website, to help us improve the experience and detect fraud.
Information from third parties
Where relevant, information from credit bureaus, motor vehicle records, or claims history databases — used only to help assess and price your coverage accurately.
How we use it
We use this information to generate quotes, underwrite and manage your policies, process and settle claims, communicate with you by email or WhatsApp, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed insurance business. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.
