You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us through quotes, claims and enquiry forms, and for keeping any reference numbers we issue you confidential.
Tell us right away if you notice activity on your policy that you don't recognise. We may pause a request where we reasonably suspect unauthorised or fraudulent use.
Quotes and coverage summaries generated online are estimates for planning purposes only. They are based on the information you provide and are not an offer of insurance.
A licensed EverNorth advisor reviews and confirms your coverage, eligibility and final terms before a policy is issued. Where anything on this site differs from your issued policy wording, the policy wording governs.
You agree that the information you supply in a quote, application or claim is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Inaccurate information can affect eligibility, coverage and claims outcomes.
Use EverNorth's site and tools only for lawful, personal or legitimate business purposes. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account, scrape or harvest data, submit malicious code, or misrepresent your identity.
You also agree not to use our claims or contact tools to submit false, fraudulent or deliberately misleading information.
The EverNorth name, logo, wordmark, brand elements, site design, written content and software are owned by EverNorth Insurance Services Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for your own reference in connection with your relationship with EverNorth. You may not reproduce, republish, modify or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.
Our site may link to services operated by carrier partners, service providers or other third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Review their terms before using them.
